Assistant Administration Officer

                                                               POSITION: ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

PURPOSE: To provide operational support for the effective and efficient performance of the administrative functions Authority

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collects data for the formulation of policies

  2. Implement Programmes and activities of the Directorate

  3. Facilitates the organization of meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops

  4. Collects data for the preparation of the annual and other periodic reports of the Directorate

  5. Collects data for the preparations of the annual budget and work plan of the Directorate

  6. Covers and produces minutes of meetings

  7. Drafts routine correspondences

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Business/Public Administration, Social Sciences or any other related disciplines

  2. Must have completed National Service

  3. Be desirous to work outside Accra

  4. Must be computer literate
