Assistant Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

                                                             POSITION: ASSISTANT MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER

PURPOSE: To provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of the functions of the Authority.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collects data for the development of comprehensive database on the programmes and activities of the Authority

  2. Facilitates the impact evaluation of projects

  3. Implements the plans, monitoring and evaluation activities of the Authority

  4. Collects data for the preparation of monitoring and evaluation reports

  5. Collects data for the development of project proposals, business modules and business plans for the Authority

  6. Collects data for the preparation of the work plan and budget for the Directorate

  7. Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Directorate

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration or any other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution

  2. Must have completed National Service

  3. Be desirous to work outside Accra

  4. Must be computer literate
