POSITION: ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
PURPOSE: To provide operational support for the effective and efficient performance of the administrative functions Authority
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collects data for the formulation of policies
-
Implement Programmes and activities of the Directorate
-
Facilitates the organization of meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops
-
Collects data for the preparation of the annual and other periodic reports of the Directorate
-
Collects data for the preparations of the annual budget and work plan of the Directorate
-
Covers and produces minutes of meetings
-
Drafts routine correspondences
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Business/Public Administration, Social Sciences or any other related disciplines
-
Must have completed National Service
-
Be desirous to work outside Accra
-
Must be computer literate
