POSITION: ASSISTANT ESTATES OFFICER
PURPOSE: To provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of the Estates functions of the Authority
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collects data for the formulation of policies
-
Implements programmes and activities of the Directorate
-
Collects data for the development of the risk profile of the Directorate
-
Facilitates in the site inspection of the Authority’s physical projects
-
Collates data for the preparation of maintenance schedule of the Authority
-
Collects the data development of Estates Management Manual
-
Collects data for the development of a system for the tenancy management activities of the Authority
-
Collates data for the preparation of the Assets Register of the Authority
-
Implements decisions on the allocation of office, residential accommodation and other facilities
-
Collects data for the preparation of annual work plan and budget of the Directorate
-
Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic report of the Directorate
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Estates Management, Land Economy, Building Technology or any other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution
-
Must have completed National Service
-
Be desirous to work outside Accra
-
Must be computer literate
